I didn't feel like leaving and would stay there again. I loved my stay at this excellent hotel, brand-new rooms. Units with breakfast. The staff I encountered were professional and helpful.

Though everything was nice, some of the staff were kind of rude.

Brand-new and comfortable rooms with private bathrooms and a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, and a refrigerator. Very friendly staff, comfy beds. Perfectly comfortable location at walking distance from Randhurst Village Mall. Positioned in the nice enough area, near to airport and downtown and a restaurant and gift shop.

Poor staff!

The staff were nice and outstandingly accommodating all the time. We got a room with bathtubs. The food was great and served in the bar.

Possibly the best and really nice stay for 4 nights. Well-appointed and brand-new rooms with breakfast, food great. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave in the room. Very friendly and amicable staff, favourable location to a restaurant that I love. And near to O'hare airport, restaurants and downtown attractions.

Honestly nothing too much trouble. Well priced place with good Wi-Fi and attached restaurant. Pretty close to the airport, 12 miles. The rooms are warm, comfy location. Really helpful and professional staff on reception and elsewhere. Plenty of good food.

It was surely a really really nice stay for 4 nights. The first 3 star hotel where everything was nice and clean. The location of the venue was good, to O'hare airport. Easily reached Chipotle Mexican Grill, located within easy walking distance of the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. All the staff was really helpful and very helpful, solved my issues.

A well priced hotel, my first choice in Mount Prospect. Clean property with a very amiable staff and brand-new rooms. Comfy location, 5 minutes' walk to Randhurst Village Mall. Good restaurant around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Good food for breakfast in the restaurant.

The hotel's location was perfect for our family trip. It was close enough to the airport without suffering from the noise and crowds. We also loved that there was a restaurant on site, which made it convenient for us to grab a late dinner and breakfast. The staff was efficient and friendly, and the room was clean and well-appointed. Plus, the hotel provided a shuttle service that was quick to arrive at the airport, making our transportation hassle-free.

There was a slight issue with our reservation upon arrival, which caused a bit of inconvenience.

During my stay at Holiday Inn, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the bedding and the freshness of the white, soft towels provided. The staff at the front desk was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Additionally, the hotel offered free parking, which was a great convenience.

One thing that stood out to me was the absence of room service. However, I quickly adapted and made a trip to Walmart to purchase food that I could easily warm up in the microwave provided in the room.

Clean room, friendly staff, good food, convenient location.
